By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Services Offered<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. Metaphor Consultancy provides the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student visa consultation and application assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guidance on selecting universities and academic programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test preparation coaching for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, and PTE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-arrival support, including accommodation assistance and orientation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee visa approvals, university admissions, or test results. These outcomes depend on third-party decisions and your individual circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Fees and Payments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Fees for our services will be communicated upfront and must be paid as per the agreed terms.<br>3.2. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.<br>3.3. Additional costs, such as visa fees, university application fees, or test registration fees, are your responsibility.<br>3.4. Failure to pay fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1.
